Offer eligibility

The offer is available to customers who:

  • Aren't current YouTube Red or Google Play Music subscribers.
  • Haven't been YouTube Red or Google Play Music subscribers.
  • Haven't participated in a YouTube Red or Google Play Music trial in the past 12 months.

Redemption steps

  • If you accepted the YouTube Red free trial offer when setting up Google Home Max, go to youtube.com/red to redeem the extended 12 month trial by adding a payment method. Make sure you are logged in with the same account that you used when setting up Google Home Max. The screen where you would have accepted the offer looks like this:
