Who will receive payment of orders?
Restaurant owner will get whole payment of orders placed through Zotel. They have to set their own PayPal Account for online transaction.
Who will issue refund for order cancellation or other issue?
To customer, refund will be issue by restaurant owner only. Zotel is not responsible for order cancellation or refund of the order.
Do I need to pay extra charges for online payment or online orders?
All extra charges are taken by restaurant owner. Zotel is not taking any extra charges for online payment or online orders.
What payment methods you offer in your ordering system software?
There are a variety of payment options available for the easy checkout of your customers. COD (Cash on Delivery), CC (Credit Card), DC (Debit Card) and UPI on request. The other payment methods can also be added as per region and client request.
Can user place order if user is not registered on Zotel?
To place order on Zotel you don’t have to register yourself on Zotel. You can place order on foodchow as a guest user. After adding item to cart they have to select Guest option to place order as guest user.
How can customer send special request or instruction about food while placing orders?
Zotel is providing you facility to send your special request or notes to restaurant with your order. You can write your special notes at the time of providing information of your address and all.
How can customer change ingredients or customize item ?

Do you support bulk orders?
In order to provide all customers with a great selection and to ensure on time delivery of your meal, we reserve the right to limit the quantities depending on supply.
How long do you take to deliver?
Standard delivery times vary by the location selected and prevailing conditions. Once you select your location, an estimated delivery time is mentioned for each restaurant.
Can I order from any location?
We will deliver from any restaurant listed on the search results for your location. We recommend enabling your GPS location finder and letting the app auto-detect your location.
Is single order from many restaurants possible?
We currently do not support this functionality. However, you can place orders for individual items from different restaurants.
Do you charge for delivery?
Delivery fee varies from city to city and is applicable if order value is below a certain amount. Additionally, certain restaurants might have fixed delivery fees. Delivery fee (if any) is specified on the 'Review Order' page.
Can I make changes to my Order?
Your order can be edited before it reaches the restaurant. You could contact customer support team via chat or call to do so. Once order is placed and restaurant starts preparing your food, you may not edit its contents

Will Zotel be accountable for quality or quantity of Ordered Food?
Quantity and quality of the food is the respective Zotel's responsibility. However in case of issues with the quality or quantity, kindly submit your feedback and we will pass it on to the restaurant.
From where we can login to Customer account?
Customer can also register themselves on Zotel if they are regular user of Zotel. Customer have to click on Login option from any restaurant page to login to their panel.
How to sign up as a new customer?
Customer should register themselves on Zotel if they are regular user of Zotel. They can register themselves on Zotel by few simple clicks. They have to go to Login option on any restaurant and click on I am a New User.
How can customer can view history of placed order from Zotel?
If you are register user of Zotel you can maintain order history of yours. You just have to login to your user account and click on My Orders to view full order details and history.
How to change password of customer account?
Customer can change password of their panel by going to My Profile after login to their account. After changing the password of customer account customer can login to account using new password.
